I think this app was hijacked

When I first got this app, all the info was in here and I didnt have to be connected to the Internet. I didnt need to use it for quite awhile. Today Im here and cant find the information that I had seen on here last time. Instead, its all these stupid invasive advertising and clickbait and "typical government bureaucratic runaround." For this I pay taxes? Im deleting this. You might as well save the storage space and go on their website and get exactly the same user experience.
